I had a different version all set for the studio. Literally the night before the session I heard 'Hell Broke Luce' by Tom Waits for the first time. I thought, holy crap, I must do something like this...so I brought 3 large pieces of scrap metal and a ladder/rope to hang them, a hammer, a djembe, the violin, my dad's 1962 fender precision bass, and a bottle of scotch to the session, and this is what happened LOL.
